Where the formulas come from.
BELFRON is built from the ingredient outward rather than from a marketing brief inward. Six research platforms sit behind the five products.
- 01
Ginseng stem cell and callus culture extract
Cultured plant cell extract rather than harvested root, which gives a consistent active profile batch to batch — the thing botanical ingredients are usually worst at.
- 02
Natural fermented actives
Fermentation breaks large molecules into smaller ones and produces compounds the source material never contained. Lactobacillus ferment is the one you will find in the mist.
- 03
Rice PDRN and exosome
Polydeoxyribonucleotide from rice, paired with plant-derived exosomes. Both are signalling ingredients, and both are why the ampoule and the cream share an active family.
- 04
Peptide and copper peptide
Short amino acid chains selected for structure and firmness. Copper peptide is the more demanding of the two to formulate around, and the reason the ampoule base is what it is.
- 05
Elasticity actives
A firming complex carried through the ampoule and the cream.
- 06
Hyaluronic acid and ceramide
Water and lipid. Unglamorous, present in every serious formula, and the pair that decides whether everything above it stays where you put it.
Halal-conscious from the formulation stage
Halal compliance is difficult to retrofit and straightforward to design for, so it was a constraint on ingredient selection from the beginning rather than a certificate sought afterwards. Certification for the core lineup is in progress and targeted for late 2026.
One connected system
Ingredient research, formulation, manufacture, certification, and distribution sit inside a single structure rather than being contracted out step by step. It is the reason a formula can be changed at the ingredient level rather than only at the blend.
